The Silent Auction is the Cornerstone Parent Teacher Group's BIGGEST fundraiser of the school year! With the outstanding teamwork of the parents, teachers and students it is quite an event! Each classroom creates an Auction Package or "Basket" that is displayed and bid on at the Silent Auction. Classes also create a special project made by the students. Mystery Bags filled with awesome goodies are also available for sale so that everyone has a chance to walk away a winner. Kids are entertained with fun activities while parents browse and bid. This is an event you won't want to miss! Proceeds from this event go to the CPTG which help fund Teacher Grants.

Silent Auction Volunteer Opportunities...
Event Leads -
- Oversee all aspects of the auction including sub-committee leads and members
- Art Exhibit Coordinator - Set up a display of children's artwork for parents to view during auction.
- Brochure Coordinator - Layout and produce a brochure for the event, which itemizes the baskets that are available, and the auction process.
- Classroom Baskets Coordinator - Guide Classroom Basket Representatives to collect monetary donations and donated items from families in their child's class for individually themed class baskets. Prep baskets for display.
- Classroom Basket Representatives - Coordinate donations from the classroom families for the class silent auction basket. Prepare a special "handmade" item from your child's class for auction.
- Decorations Coordinator - Plan decorations/art for the event in accordance with the theme and work with a committee to decorate.
- Food Coordinator - Work with a committee to plan and serve the food for the silent auction.
- Kids Activities Coordinator needed - Work with a committee to arrange activities for the kids in attendance while parents are bidding on baskets
- Mystery Bag Coordinator - Work with a committee to obtain donations from local businesses for bags. Prepare bags with items to sell at auction.
- Raffle Coordinator - Acquire raffle item for the adult raffle as well as the kid's raffle and procure raffle license and prepare to sell raffle tickets at auction
- Registration/Check Out Coordinator - Organize a committee to check parents in on arrival and take payment of mystery bags and baskets.
- Sponsorship - Obtain sponsorship from local businesses
